Co-creation launch at The Gherkin in London
VELUX & Foster + Partners
Storm have worked closely with both VELUX and architects Foster + Partners, creating the B2B corporate film “Two Worlds One Vision”, a case story about the two brands co-creation and development of large scale commercial window solutions. The vision of the co-creation project was to design a sustainable solution that could bring daylight into commercial buildings, such as schools, hospitals and shopping malls, simply and easily.
The total production of “Two Worlds One Vision” extended over a period of two month. By having production units in England and Denmark made it possible to produce footage simultaneously from both the VELUX as well as the Foster + Partners locations. In order to produce aerial footage, Storm bought a professional Skyjib 8 heli-cam drone, giving us the ability to cover roof tops showing the VELUX trade mark – their roof window – and also to cower footage of large scale buildings seen from above.
“Two Worlds One Vision” premiered at a huge kick-off launch party at “The Gherkin” in the London finance district. Storm produced and supervised the production from the initial pre-production and all the way to the Gherkin. Being on set at the launch party we produced news flashes to Broadcasters, news forums and in-house usage.
In addition to “Two Worlds One Vision” we produced a fully animated 3D wallpaper for the launch, a film revealing how the VELUX VME products can bring light and air to the interior, and how their solution easily can be integrated and work in large scale office buildings.
The “Two Worlds One Vision” film is available on the VELUX website and on other relevant forums.
